Absolutely terrible. Home has not been finished. Builder expects 15,000 even though that was paid directly to kit home. Had laminate floor instead of tiles throughout house. No solar hot water decking incomplete, guttering un finished, front stairs not to code, retaining walls incomplete. The list is very long and the builder will not contact us. Builder was issued a direction to rectify and failed to do this even though he was given an extension. Please be very careful if you choose this builder
