After journeying down the volume project-home builder route, I had decided to engage my own architect to design my dream home. Armed with the Plans and Structural drawings, I went to tender, undertaking a fairly rigid due diligence process. Shortlisting two builders, there was one clear winner. Elysium Homes. From the outset, Elysium Homes’ principals Ray, George and Joe provided expert advice and guidance throughout the building process. Keeping us informed at every stage and flagging any issues that arose (there were some latent ground conditions which were handled with great care and expertise), the build progressed smoothly once we were out of the ground. My PCA was thoroughly impressed with the works, flagging only minor corrections which were actioned promptly. Ray, Joe and George pride themselves on ensuring that the materials, workmanship and outcomes met their high standard. This in turn, ensured that my home was built to last. I want to extend my deepest appreciation and thanks to Ray, Joe and George for their expertise, advice and patience – always available to answer any questions or provide advice, offering solutions that were appropriate for me, and always striving to achieve the best result. If you’re looking for a home builder look no further, I would not recommend anyone else. The team at Elysium consisting of Joe, Ray and George made the process easy their professionalism, transparency, attention to detail and quality of work is second to none. We moved into our new Elysium Home 6 months ago. The company has been nothing short of excellent. We chose them over other builders because we liked their home design, pricing, personalised customer service and also came highly recommended. The way they operate reflects their company objectives. The entire process was smooth and trouble free and nothing was a problem. Having to deal directly with the 3 owners of Elysium Homes other than middle or lower management meant that any issues were resolved promptly other than waiting for upper management approvals. Handover of the house was well before the contract date which meant that we saved money in our rental while we are building.
