ESP Developments

We have used the services of ESP Developments in two major renovations to our home and we are very happy with the results, the level of commitment, quality of workmanship and materials used. We have done a number of projects with Tom and the team at ESP. One of our most memorable was the Netanya project last year at Noosa that ESP took out an MBA award for! Attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfy are the hallmarks of ESP.

We have used ESP Developments a few times over 20 years from the small job to a large renovation in our current home. Tom’s skill is his ability to make suggestions that you have not even considered and the result is excellent. We added a small dividing wall as a result of his suggestion and it greatly improves an otherwise large space. Tom works with good tradesmen which is essential. You may pay more for his quote but the workmanship and commitment to detail is worth it.

ESP Developments, owned and run by Tom and Helen Esprester, recently renovated our home, originally built in 1997. From the initial design phase through to job completion, the service and professionalism of Tom and his entire team has been exemplary. We are thrilled with the result. ESP provided us with a combination of patience, expertise, professionalism and care. Tom worked closely with our Architect – David Hansen from DHD and Engineer, Gary Booth to design and troubleshoot a number of tricky design issues, to come up with a wonderful end design. The attention to detail in finishes was a strong point, with a particularly high level of craftsmanship in the number of timber projects throughout our internal and external design. They genuinely cared about providing high quality work that they could be proud of. Tom is one of those rare people with intelligence, attention to detail, and incredible people skills, always putting his clients first. ESP maintained open and effective communication, working hard to overcome challenges in construction, making nothing seem too difficult. Tom and the team worked hard to find solutions to problems, as they arose, to ensure the best outcome. Tom is backed up by a wonderful team of subcontractors who are hardworking, reliable and respectful. Tom and his team worked hard for us to make sure that every contractor on site worked to the same level of detail and quest for perfection. It’s a joy to come in through our front door and see how beautiful the space is.

Good reliable outfit who do what they say when they say. Guys were always polite and on time and the quality of workmanship is excellent. Only thing stopping 5 stars is the occasional times when something wasn't on the plans despite being discussed before hand and then needing to pay extra to rectify things that were missed - probably 50:50 regarding responsibility but, remember, if it's not on the plans you won't get it!

This is the second time I have used ESP Developments. Their professionalism, their courtesy, their timeliness, their work ethics and their quality of work is simply outstanding. The fact that they cleaned up at the end of every day and left my house tidy and rubbish free - well that impressed me to no end - let alone they arrive on time every day. I cannot speak highly enough of this company and my next lot of renovations are only about 12 months away and I will be using them yet again. Thank you again for an excellent job - with each lot of renovations I do, it definitely increases the value of my home.
