After engaging several companies to do our renovation we decided to engage with Graff Design and we have never looked back. Les and Anja is a great team to work with and they compliment each other very well. Les has a great eye for detail and Anja is a brilliant designer. The design they came up with, not only fully met our requirements but far exceeded it. The design was out of the box and very different from what we thought would be possible. We are extremely happy with our beautiful home (look and quality). I will most certainly be using the services of Graff design in future. Les and the Graff team did a great job and always ensured that I stay informed of how things are progressing and what will happen next. Les and Anya’s proposal was the only one that took our requirements (in addition to things we thought not possible) to deliver the most economic and thoughtful option. This was particularly useful, as we had never carried out any type of major renovation before. Graff Design guided and worked with us on all aspects of the design and build. Anya’s kitchen and bathroom design captured our imaginations. Les was fantastic during the build phase, with regular communication and advising us on any issue, that we always successfully resolved. We’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Graff Design for two major projects, the first one in 2011 and the second one commenced in 2018 and is nearing completion. Les was recommended to us by a close family member who had used Graff Design for their own renovations. We met with Les and Anya and discussed our plans for some minor structural alterations and a new kitchen. They were both very helpful with their advice and Anya's suggestions for our kitchen layout and finishes were well-considered. We felt quite comfortable with entrusting Graff Design with our renovation and were not disappointed with the end result. Our budget blew out a little due to us making the odd change along the way or uncovering issues (to be expected with an old house!) but thankfully we were in a position to manage these extra costs. We recently engaged Graff Design to design and construct an expanded garage and a new living/sun room that involved a major roof realignment. They had previously completed a few minor jobs for us which we were pleased with, so this gave us the confidence to use them for a bigger project. Through design, planning and construction, Les and Anya were extremely professional. We had a fixed price contract and the job was completed ahead of schedule. Graff Design have exceeded our expectations. Graff had the insight to remove some walls other builders thought would be " impossible" by using hidden beams. This has created an even greater space. The rooms look sensational. The workmanship is very high quality. Most importantly Les and his team were extremely, quick, very personalised service and efficient. We have worked with Graff design on 4 separate projects for our home and beach house over the last 8 years. The combination of design that encapsulates the latest trends and the practical application of the building process with an engineer who has an eye for detail is a formula that has worked well for us. As a result our home has been sympathetically brought up to date with the concepts that Graff have introduced. The projects have included design and construct of a new kitchen/ complete revamp of a large living space which included installation of gas heating/ TV space / purpose built walling with down lit recesses / new kitchen/ stone dividing walls and bespoke furniture at our beach house and more recently a major reconstruct of our outdoor living areas - new ceilings with 4 skylights / overhead heating/tiled floor areas/up lit timber decking/ gas plumbed BBQ area and new paved driveway . After an initial search for the right design/building team I was made to feel most reassured and heard, from the onset, by the team at Graff. One of the major components that came into play for my particular project was that I had certain budgetary restrictions. The members at Graff were able to not only present me with a specific figure for the job, they also broke it down for me and involved me in the decision making process. Thus turning my vision into a reality, all the while keeping within the budget. At this point I should stress that throughout the whole process of the project communication with Graff was outstanding. So much so that even seemingly minor enquiries or requests on my part were always addressed. I cannot emphasize enough how pleasantly taken aback I was at the swiftness at which the project was managed and completed. Also, the relative lack of inconvenience given that it involved the construction of a kitchen and bathroom. The service is phenomenal. No detail is ever compromised. I now have the pleasure of thoroughly enjoying the new space which in all honesty has surpassed what I could have anticipated. I cannot recommend Graff Design more earnestly or with greater conviction.

Graff Design managed my kitchen renovation all the way from initial concept through to final handover. They were a pleasure to deal with and have transformed what was once a dark, cramped, impractical space to be a light filled showpiece of my house. Anya’s classical training in design and skill in balancing form as well as light, colour and texture in a coherent and practical design are a fantastic combination of abilities. We were looking for an unusual specific & innovative design that made our building stand out. Upon construction we were aware there was more to the build - a challenging engineering job. Building was completed with minimal interruption to our busy cafe. It now creates conversation with our customers who were excited to view the finished work. Despite the costs we were very satisfied with the outcome. I would recommend Graff Design - exceeding expectations and delivering good service.
