I was have under my house dug out and enclosed. It involved removing all the dirt, jacking the house up, while the foundation cement floor was done and the block walled installed. This area was then divided into a bathroom, kitchen, lounge area, bedroom and gym room. This involved plumbing work being combined with existing house plumbing. All electric wring also had to be added to existing wiring. Due to the heavy rain at the time, problems occurred such as a came in on the far side of the house, this was promptly fixed. As the work progressed, I requested more work such as an entry from the front be added to gym room or when I requested rendering be added to the walls etc. Graham complied with all requests for the extra work and contacted tradesmen when required. My house is over 100 years old and the appearance cannot be changed from the front or the house raised up. All of these requirements were complied with. The work went smoothly, with me living in the house up stairs the whole time. The workers for Graham carried out their work well. There were no complaints from anyone because of out of hour work etc all council regulations were complied with. All necessary documents were supplied to me. I was happy with the result and many of my friends and family also think that downstairs looks good and add value to my house.
