I worked with Grange Residential & Construction on the Beachton House. I was very impressed with their professionalism and dedication to quality. Brendan Green personally supervised each stage of the construction and his attention to every detail ensured the house was built to the highest level of workmanship and finish. I would definitely recommend Grange to anyone wishing to build a bespoke home and I look forward to the opportunity to work with them again.

We have worked with Grange Residential and Construction for many years both. They built our beachside property over 10 years ago and we have worked with them on many projects since then. Brendan has so much pride in what he does. His passion is building and finishing the final product to such a high standard and quality. Some of his trades we know personally and they too have worked with Brendan over this entire period – and will continue on our next project with Grange. That’s the difference they have than other builders. A real personal touch. Our next project we are working with one of Grange’s Designers David Wilkes Design on our beachside property refurb. Grange residential & Construction built the house that was designed by Banham architects and where I worked on the finishes & furniture selections for the interiors. They were great to work with, very accommodating with design details to enable the ideas both myself and the architect for the house had and made sure all and sometimes challenging details could be achieved. They were efficient and worked well with time frames and the end result was great, with much consideration to quality and detail. I would highly recommend Grange construction if you are considering building a home!
