Stage 1 of the renovation was a complete strip out of the upper level, and new build downstairs to make a two level home. Shane and his team offer a high level of personalised service, their attention to detail is first class, and the team and all contractors were always respectful, approachable and professional. Coming from a design background, I wanted to be involved in the building process. I was always consulted regarding any changes which needed to be made and Shane always responded to any questions I had. We have just completed Stage 2, which was a deck, garages and fences, and once again the process was seamless, with the same high quality finish. Shane and the team are very well organised, with quality workmanship throughout and attention to detail. The process has been extremely enjoyable and I am thrilled with the outcome of my home. I have no hesitation in recommending Shane and the Stephensen Construction team, as my home is a testament to the high quality and finish of their work.”

“When I first contacted Tim Kowitz. He let me know a suitable time to come to give a quote. During the first visit, he arrived on time. During the session, he didn't just give an estimate, he also provided, the steps of the project. Who I needed to contact before any work was started. I receive a quote, within reasonable time and an approx time he could start the project. Tim has a lovely calm manner, when discussing the project. Once I decided to go with Tim for the project. My brother-inlaw and sister came up to go through the contract. The communication was professional between the parties. The contract was signed on the day. And I was given a starting date. On the first day, Tim got straight into the project. Communication between me and him was great. He managed the work and workers (electrician, plumber, cabinetmakers, flooring, tiles etc) very proficiently. There was no nasty aggro swearing speech. Any issues, they were promptly dealt with. As I learnt about renovations, there can be hold ups. Tim work around all the holdups with materials etc. When all work was finally completed. My complete renovations were perfect. I personally would recommend Tim Kowitz to do any building project.”
