We are truly so happy with how everything turned out, beyond our expectations. Very professional and knowledgeable site manager, nothing was ever an issue. Exceptional service from the admin staff, designers, trades, right through to handover. They were able to deliver the house in a timely manner, considering unforeseen circumstances totally out of there control i.e Covid lockdowns, labour and material shortage, the floods and non stop rain, didn't deter them from meeting the timeframe promised and delivering such high quality work. They answered every call I made and replied to ever email sent, excellent communication. Highly recommended.

Our build with Hall and Hart began during COVID and all the complications that came with restrictions lockdowns etc, despite this our build was still completed well within the company’s projected time frame. From the day we stepped foot into the display home Hall and Hart couldn’t of been more accommodating we completely changed the floor plans to suit what we were looking for and Daniel hand drew our ideas there and then. Having built a number of times in the last few years with different builders the availability of Hall and Hart to not only answer any questions but to also email weekly with updates on our build was refreshing. From start to finish not once were we surprised by extra costs or delays even with the pandemic in full swing. I could not recommend Hall and Hart enough.

It is with great pleasure that we provide this review of our builder Hall & Hart Homes. Building with Hall & Hart has given our family a beautiful home built to the highest standard. When we first walked into the display home at Marsden Park we knew this was the house for us. Our thoughts were complete after meeting with the sales team who went and inspected some of the blocks we were looking at purchasing. On finally settling on a block with a pretty aggressive slope to the rear and side Hall & Hart worked closely with us to get our design perfect. We settled on a custom build based mainly around the Chelsea with a lot of the Ascot features mixed in. Working with the interior design team was nothing short of amazing. Carly knew exactly what we were after and worked tirelessly to help source the inclusions and the look we were after. We were given different options to choose from to help keep within our budget. The final costs of our new home were transparent all the way through and there were no hidden or unexpected costs. The build itself was a fantastic experience and stress free through out and this was all down to our Site Supervisor. Mick is a supervisor with extremely high standards and work ethics we believe that this high standard is evident throughout our home. His communication with us all the way through was flawless and answered all our questions and concerns. We felt as if it was his own house at times because he was so invested in the build and made sure we were 100% happy with everything. There is quiet a lot of detail in our home and the quality of the trades that Mick has associated himself with are awesome. From the parquetry flooring , wainscoting to the exterior mouldings everything has been done with the highest attention to detail. We feel that the whole experience with Hall & Hart was something that we will always remember with high regard and we are so glad that we made the decision to build with such a quality company.
