I am a retired builder and plumber , still active , but now prefer to sub contract my jobs out . I have generally been dismayed and disappointed at the quality and level of competence of building trades people UNTIL I MET DALTON of HEARD BUILDING ! What a breath of fresh air. A true professional, He and his team are excellent tradesmen, with Dalton being a "committed to the clients needs" hands on builder. He frequently has got time and cost saving suggestions, that he is willing to pass on. He always does it right. Dalton will plan ahead giving realistic time schedules that "he actually adheres to" His employees are hard working, leaving the job clean and tidy after each days activities. He will honour any price given, and variations are limited to any variation requests made. All this is enhanced by the fact that he and his crew are genuinly nice people that are a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Dalton and Heard building group

The team did an amazing job on our deck renovation which included an extension and new roof. They were very professional, easy to work with & delivered a high quality product.
