I am really thankful and glad that i worked with Hendrick in getting my dream house. I have build a grande 480 and he has listen to my every requirement and made changes to the plan patiently. Event though clarendon homes are standard build but i had a custom build experience. The most important thing is getting my house plan to suit my requirments. My planning phase was most difficult period but after that everything was smooth.

Could not thank Hendrik enough for creating such a great experience for building our home. From the first original planning, to changing and adjusting to suit our request, Hendrik had been so patient with us. He always has a great suggestion which made our decisions so much easier. Will definitely recommend anyone who is looking to build a new home, must go and see Hendrik.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Hendrik during the process of selecting our home design with Clarendon. His exceptional eye for detail stood out, as he guided us through various critical design decisions with finesse. Hendrik’s comprehensive knowledge of both construction and design proved invaluable during the consultation phase, where his efficiency and expertise were apparent. He identified design inconsistencies, such as the slope of the roof and the alignment of bulkheads—details that might have escaped our notice. Hendrik went beyond his job and worked with us due to a deadline while he was on holiday abroad. He also came with us to the studio before our colour selections to give us an idea on what to expect. This really helped us have a very seamless colour selection since we were prepared beforehand. He is very approachable, and can help with both design and costing choices with great expertise. We'd like to thank Hendrik for assisting us build our home, and we wish him the best for the future

This process of designing a house and going through all the options was made so easy by Hendrik. He was there for us every step of the way and could always be reached if we had any extra questions. His explanations were easy to understand and he would go out of his way to make sure we had the design that suited us. Unfortunately in the building phase Hendrik is not our contact anymore. Thank you Hendrik for this wonderful experience. It was an absolute please working with you in the design phase.
