Higgins Cooper Builders is a specialist small lot and custom home builder. Our philosophy is that great design and the best tradespeople produces the optimum result for clients. As a civil engineer turned builder, Chris Higgins, is well placed to provide advice on subdivisions as well as technically challenging architectural designs. For twenty years, he and his team have been delivering customer driven service across Perth.

I would give no stars if I could This company pays lip service to the requirements of the BCA and the Australian Standards when constructing its projects. It totally ignores requests to rectify geniune defects raised during the legislated Builder's Warranty period. If you decide to use Higgins Cooper builders be prepared for a world of heartache
