“I found Peter Liddington to be professional and friendly to work with. He has great knowledge and ideas when planning the design. Peter also holds great background knowledge on the building side of projects and was able to provide me accurate advice on what would and wouldn’t be within my budget. I am more than happy with how my build has turned out, the floor plan flows beautifully and my home is situated fantastically to make the most of all day sun/light. Peter took great consideration in window placement as well. I would highly recommend Peter and would use him again in the future.”

“Benik Building did an outstanding job building our house, the advice and support prior to breaking ground really allowed for our project to go so smoothly and took a lot of the guess work out for us as my wife and I aren't up to speed with building industry terminology. Ben, Nicki and the crew at Benik are truly a professional outfit, they were instrumental in keeping us informed in the build progress, they were upfront with explaining any issue we discovered along the way and were proficient in advising various solutions to gain best outcome against budget and/or aesthetics. We were very impressed with the attention to detail, the finished product is testament to Benik Building's commitment to produce the highest grade build. We wouldn't hesitate for a second to have Benik Building again to build in the future for us, in fact we wouldn't venture past them, we have had them back for small renovations like a roof over our deck. We highly recommend Benik Building to any of our friends and family.”
