We have just recently completed a major renovation with i2 Homes and the result is fantastic. When building or renovating there are always issues that arise along the way - this is unavoidable. The problem solving approach adopted by i2 Homes made this a very smooth and easy project. The trades people they use are reliable and dedicated. I would highly recommend i2 Homes.

Worked with pro

I have the pleasure of working together with Ian and his team at i2 Homes on many of my building projects. They are a pleasure to work with, and their ability to partner with us and strive to achieve our customers goals is evident in their actions and communications. Together with i2 Homes, I am able to take into account buildability issues in my design and most importantly establish cost estimates early to achieve the best result for my clients. It is a great working relationship and great to deal with someone who acts with the utmost professionalism and an organisation that delivers on the commitments they make. I have no hesitation in recommending i2 Homes to any of my clients. Jason Goldberg Jason Goldberg Design.

The services provided was the complete refurbishment of a 40 year old 20 square apartment according to Architects and engineers plans and specifications. The apartment is on level 1 of a 9 story apartment building. The work included, gutting of the apartment, new kitchen, extensive built in cabinet work, 2 new bathrooms, installation of reverse cycle air conditioning, rewiring, re plumbing, painting and the removal of a load bearing structural wall. The structural wall removal was a protracted approval that ended on the steps of VCAT in favor of removal. Throughout the approval period i2 Homes revised their schedule according to approvals. The work was carried out efficiently on budget and on time according to the various revised schedules which were beyond the control of i2 Homes. Ian Hazan remained hands on flexible and professional throughout the project and delivered the refurbished apartment to a very high standard. I would not hesitate to use the services of i2 Homes for further projects.
