I cannot say enough good things about Scott and the team at "Tatem". The quality of work was excellent, price extremely fair, but it is really the professionalism and consideration of the team that sets them apart. I would use them again in a heartbeat and continue to recommended them to my friends. Scott was committed to an extremely tight time frame, communicated well around any delays or hiccups and spend considerable time helping us keep the project within budget. Having a builder you trust can really assist in lowering the stress involved in renovating - I now count Scott as a friend - you should definitely give this team a call.

Over 5 years ago I worked for a few month at the property in Samson. It's great to see the house finished and how great it looks. The work over there made a lot of fun - especially knocking down the wall per opening up the kitchen/living room area to the pool. It looks so good!! We were incredibly lucky to find Tatem Renovations and Extensions. Looking for decent,easy to deal with and not overpriced builders can be a difficult task in itself but this team were amazing from start to finish. Our house was a massive project and not a simple one either. Scott and his team understood our vision and respected our 'out of the box' ideas where other companies just nodded their heads in dismay. The job had a timeline and the team worked hard to stick to this timeline and our budget. We found Scott professional, friendly, easy going, honest and incredibly patient.Nothing was too hard for him and his team. Awesome tradesmen and good quality materials used to do the job. Scott and the team completed renovations at our home in Gwelup Perth WA, Including consultation with additional services including Re-Roofing, Survey, Drafting and Energy calculations and verification. The team made short work of the tedious but necessary documentation and processes required to ensure the project was completed with the minimum of fuss and as little interruptions as possible. During the final stages we simply had to remove 1 wall ( non load bearing ) to finally connect the new areas to existing which ensured the dust stayed where it belonged outside of our current living area.

We used Smith and Sons in Applecross to complete our renovations and we were delighted with the results. From the very first meeting Director Scott Maloney was punctual, friendly and his pricing was within our budget. We have an old 50's style house and were unsure which direction the renovation should take. Scott and his team listened to our requests and together we created a beautiful new family area which has added so much value (financially and enjoyment-wise) to our lives.
