The team at In House Projects did an incredible job on an unsightly area down the side of my house. These guys are the real deal when it comes to workmanship, quality and efficiency. Dan and his team were friendly and supportive when working through the concepts. When it came to the build they moved with purpose and completed it well above my expectations. In House projects lifted and renovated our 1930s house transforming a tired old building into a lovely home. Dan from In-House projects has been great to work with. Dan is not pushy or impatient. Nothing is too much trouble, no problem can't be solved. I was more than happy with the quality of his team's work and the beautiful house they delivered for us. Not only is Dan a very competent builder but he manages the job superbly. He maintained both the schedule and budget as well as communicating regularly regarding progress. Our new carport looks fantastic and matches seamlessly with our existing Queenslander. We would not hesitate to recommend Dan and in-house projects and plan to use them for any future projects.

We had a fabulous experience with In-House Projects. Both the end product, and the professionalism of Dan and his team, went far beyond our expectations. We were first-time renovators with a clear vision of where we wanted to get to, but little idea as to how to get there. Dan gave us practical advice throughout the building process that helped us to vastly improve our initial plans without affecting our budget. When it came to costs, Dan was transparent, trustworthy and honest, involving us in any decisions that affected the budget and helping us to understand where we should commit money and where we could make savings. He coordinated all the other trades, including scaffolding, electrical and painting, to deliver highly professional work on schedule. Dan's experience and craftsmanship stands out in every aspect of the job, and we loved watching it come together. Throughout the three month project, Dan was absolute pleasure to work with and to have around the house. We can't recommend him and In-House Projects highly enough.

Dan from In-House Projects recently renovated our home which involved jack hammering up old tiles and replacing them with Northern Beech timber flooring. He also did structural work - pulling down walls and erecting new walls. Dan drew up a plan for my beautiful new kitchen and liaised with the cabinet maker. Dan has an eye for detail and excellent design ideas. He was easy to work with I would have no hesitation in hiring him again. Great work Dan!

Dan was easy to do business with and his team very friendly. They take pride in their work and and produce a great finished product.
