Inspired Homes

They should change their name to Uninspired Homes. Building with them has been a nightmare and there seems to be no end in sight and this may be the longest build yet!! The same excuses for delays are getting very old now - how are other builders around us progressing and we aren't? If there was a choice I would rate them no star or negative stars!!

I built 3 villas with Inspired Homes in 2011 and have been living in one of them since November 2011. Vas, Nino, Danielle and all the team at Inspired were extremely professional, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I knew virtually nothing at all about the development and building process so building with Inspired was the best decision I could have made as they made the process seamless and kept me informed at every stage. No matter what type of query I had, they were always happy to advise me. The villas were built in the 9 months build time I was advised and finished to the very high standard I had seen in homes built by Inspired previous to building. I will always recommend Inspired Homes to anyone building a new home or renovating their existing home.

We engaged Inspired Homes to design, construct and complete our unit development and we couldn't be happier. We found the staff easy to work with and the quality of finish was outstanding which we believe resulted in a quick sale of our development. We would build with them again and would recommend them to anyone looking at building in the future.

We have built with Inspired Homes several times and each experience was stress free and pleasant. During the build we were able to contact our site supervisor easily and before we knew it we had the keys in our hands and the build was complete.
