Stage 1 of the renovation was a complete strip out of the upper level, and new build downstairs to make a two level home. Shane and his team offer a high level of personalised service, their attention to detail is first class, and the team and all contractors were always respectful, approachable and professional. Coming from a design background, I wanted to be involved in the building process. I was always consulted regarding any changes which needed to be made and Shane always responded to any questions I had. We have just completed Stage 2, which was a deck, garages and fences, and once again the process was seamless, with the same high quality finish. Shane and the team are very well organised, with quality workmanship throughout and attention to detail. The process has been extremely enjoyable and I am thrilled with the outcome of my home. At every stage of the build, from the initial design process and costings, right through to the finishing details, David kept us involved and informed. He listened to our ideas, and had practical and creative solutions. He was very approachable and always took the time to answer any questions we had, making us feel very comfortable. The quality of his work was of an extremely high standard, and he was happy to source products that weren't readily available. David and his team completed the build on time and on budget. Thirdson Construction doubled the size of our century old miners cottage, with the finished result blending perfectly between the old and the new.
