Gregg and the rest of his iRenov8 team completed a large scale full house renovation, including adding a 2nd story addition to my house in Kingsford. There are always going to be challenges in any build but Gregg always leant in and came up with solutions. The build quality was exceptional and we are absolutely thrilled with the results.

Gregg, the owner of iRenov8, did an amazing job in renovating our art deco apartment in Sydney. We don't live in NSW so everything had to be managed from interstate. That seemed daunting but Gregg made the project run smoothly and he communicated with us very regularly and always kept us in the loop when the usual hiccups of renovating in an old building occurred. He found solutions and kept the project on track. He had great ideas and made sure everything came together in the shortest time possible. He quickly developed a rapport with our daughter who is in Sydney and understood her ideas and found ways to incorporate them into the renovation. The final result was amazing and the quality of work was excellent. The trades were all friendly, respectful and courteous. Greg is also just a terrific person and a delight to work with. We would highly recommend him for any renovation project.

Would highly recommend Gregg and the team. Gregg set everything out clearly from the quote to works scoping, only some minor things that changed along the way but that was agreed from the onset. We were always kept up to date with the progress and we suffered some delays with weather but the team made up for that. They were always positive, kind and courteous when in our home - which we lived in whilst doing the renovations and made sure that they cleaned up asap from the day. We are really really happy with the finished product, had a great experience and would use Gregg and the team again if needed.

I had 2 of Irenov8's workers on site to complete the works I needed. I didn't think I needed them both but i was pleasantly surprised by the speed and quality of the work provided by the workers. Having both workers there cut the project time by two thirds, thus, saving me money and lost time for the the trades on site that would have been waiting longer to get their work completed. Thanks Gregg for your vision with helping get this project finished on time.

Short version: You can't do better than getting iRenov8 on the job. Long version: When Gregg came to quote on a full reno of a bathroom, I unknowingly misrepresented the job. I wanted a complete gutting of the bathroom, move the toilet where the shower was, move the bath where the toilet was and open a stud wall to an adjoining bedroom. Well the stud wall turned out to be a brick wall with a gyprock overlay, and the floor wasn't suspended but was a slab with dirt filled in. The reason I'm saying this is because the way Gregg handled the variations. He didn't take advantage of the situation and stick me with huge extras. He was fair and reasonable, never got upset, just got on with the job. Things will usually pop up, and it's all about how it's handled that makes the difference. The work was done with care and precision. Their workmanship is top notch. I'm a bit of a perfectionist, which can be annoying when doing work for me. iRenvo8 did should a good job, I'm now working on doing the upstairs bathroom, and they'll get the job. All the crew all good and skilled craftsman. They cleaned up everyday, and when you're living there, that make a big difference. I couldn't recommend them more highly. They are as good as it gets.

Professional, considered, planned, quality approach to the job of gutting and renovating three bathrooms and two bedrooms. Basically, whole second floor of the house. They suggested designs which I loved and listened to my requests, incorporating them into the build and came up with inventive alternatives when faced with physical and design obstacles. Good time and job management of the various stages, with regular e-updates keeping everybody on the same page. Left the house very clean. I would gladly use iRenov8 again.

Highly recommend Gregg and the team at Irenov8. Everything was set out well right from the outset with a clear scope of works and good communication. Gregg kept us upto date with progress and any slight variations that were required, which were always explained and came with comparable quotes. The team were respectful of the fact we were living in the space for parts of the project and worked around us. I initially contacted Gregg from iRenov8 Projects following a recommendation from a family member who had employed his services. Gregg was very prompt and professional and I found him very easy to deal with. Communication is key between client and builder, and I found this to be one of Gregg's real strengths. He always kept us updated and in the loop. We discussed my proposed project and he offered expert suggestions and advice before he went away to prepare a quotation for me. He also assisted with submissions to Council. His job price was extremely competitive and I had no hesitation in employing his services to carry out our renovation. My wife and I found his staff to be very reliable, courteous and hard working. Nothing was a problem for them. Our project was completed right on time but more importantly, right on budget. We are over the moon with the finished product. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Gregg Jowett and his company irenov8 Projects for your next renovation. You won't be disappointed.

Greg & his team built my backyard one bedroom Granny flat, extremely very professional & excellent workmanship. In particular Greg communicated extremely well each day & me being a bit fussy made some modifications at last minute which wasn't ever an issue. His quoting was spot on & the project was on time as he projected. I would not hesitate to to recommend Greg & his business to anyone, whether building big or small or renovating.

I have used iRenov8 on a few occasions. Gregg and his team were professional, well priced and importantly, delivered within the time frames stated. Any issues (though they were only minor) were communicated in a timely manner and resolved quickly. His subbies also turned up when expected and left the my place clean and in working order at the end of the day.

Gregg and his team were great. Their budget estimate was spot on and we easily arranged variations when needed (when we changed things). They are extremely professional, excellent at keeping in touch about progress and their bathroom work in particular is excellent.

Greg and his team built a second storey on our home and reconfigured the downstairs living area, including designing and building a spectacular staircase (which saved us a lot of money). Three and half year's on we are still delighted with the job IRenov8 did for us. They were very professional, efficient and carried out the work to a high standard and came in on budget. They were also transparent and easy to work with every step of the way and Greg was always calm and solution driven, making the process enjoyable (yes, a renovation actually enjoyable). I don't have any hesitation at all in recommending iRenov8 - we had a great experience and a really great extension to show for it.

I have used iRenov8 over and over again for the past 5 years. Gregg is really accommodating and so easy to work with. We have used iRenov8 on smaller renovations and full scale builds. Could not recommend them highly enough. I would not even contemplate using anyone else.
