Jason Miles recently completed an internal and minor external demolition and bespoke rebuild on our 3 bedroom 70's house. Jason provided a 5 month project plan to complete each room of the house detailed below: - Kitchen, Laundry, 3 Bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet, adding an internal access staircase, flooring, front and back balcony and al fittings and finishes. Jason managed to achieve all three key elements to the project, Time frame, Cost and of course Quality. His team were of the highest calibre and each one approachable and polite. Jason provided consistent transparency and communication from the very beginning and never found ourselves out of the communication loop. Jason showed and obvious passion and talent built over a long career in the industry and was refreshing to meet someone with such attention for detail. In the future, if we have plans to build or renovate, without hesitation, we plan to use Jason Miles.

Six.Miles completed extensive renovations of my house, in conjunction with my architect, over six months. I was totally satisfied with both the process and the outcome. It was a complex renovation, with half of the house raised on jacks to improve views and better integrate the building. a new room added, repair of termite damage, replacing of walls in half the house, new kitchen and bathroom etc. Jason had lots of good suggestions to contribute to solving problems that (inevitably) arose. e.g. he worked out an effective way of both disposing of excavated soil and improving the backyard. Throughout he and his employees were skillful, but also pleasant in manner, easy to talk with and respectful of my wishes. He also maintained good relationships with my neighbours throughout, ensuring minimum impact on their amenity and property during the process.
