From Disaster-block to "Perfect layout". Josh, Kev & Team did a lift, move house, level awful block, reno and pool build for our 1920s worker's cottage in Paddington and it worked out amazing!! It was certainly a challenging project, being on a slip street, u-shaped super sloped block and the age of the house and fact it was protected so there were a number of things that had to be done a certain way. Kev and the build team were lovely to work with, no matter how hot and uncomfortable the day was and Josh did a great job of making sure there were not a lot of unforeseen blowouts in price. Josh and Kev completed a house lift, build under and pool on our post war home. It turned out amazing. The house flows from the old to the new seamlessly. The entire process from planning to construction was perfect. Josh and Kev go through every detail with you, costs, potential issues, scheduling, certifications, selections, and project management. Nothing is left unsaid, and they actively get you to come on site to ensure the work is in line with your expectations. All of the work is managed through a project management program so you can get daily logs, photos and see the scheduling of work/contractors. It is worlds ahead of anyone else. The companies they use to supply kitchens, bathrooms, tiling, painting etc. are all top tier. You get extremely high quality and finish products for a fraction of the price you would expect. It is such a breath of fresh air to get a good price on something and still get a top quality finish. Josh and Kev themselves are great guys, honest, realistic with you about ideas and take pride in the project. It is a great feeling to have someone working with you on your home rather than trying to squeeze money out of you. If you are looking for a builder who is going to share your own energy for the project Josh, Kev and the whole JM Homes team are for you. I cannot express how thankful I am for the way they handled my home and they will have all my future business.

We engaged Josh and the team to complete our home renovation earlier this year. Its a very nervous time when selecting a builder that you have no previous dealings with so I would be lying if I said we weren't slightly stressed. We were very impressed with Josh at the initial meeting and that continued when we met with Kev who managed our job. It didn't take long for the nerves to disappear and we very quickly grew confident that the only thing that mattered to Josh and Kev was getting a great outcome for us. Nothing was too much trouble and it really made the whole process easy for us. The few times that we wanted minor adjustments were never an issue and the communication was first class. We absolutely love our newly renovated home and pinch ourselves everyday with what the guys have created for our family.

JM Homes completed a major renovation of our home at Wooloowin. Josh and his team were exceptional at every step with great attention to detail and quality.
