We Build Peace of Mind. Kinkaid Construction has been building beautiful spaces for more than a decade, with our focus being fine custom homes and renovations. From original quote to final cleaning of finished rooms, our team works together to to produce premium results for our clients. We are passionate about the fine details of every project, and our established family of experienced professionals prioritize quality workmanship and customer satisfaction above all else. Kinkaid Construction gladly partners with architects and designers to bring dream homes from drawings to livable and loveable reality. We also apply the same collaborative approach when we work directly with clients on smaller renovations when architects and designers are not involved. We believe communication is key to a successful build, addition or renovation, and all Kinkaid projects are given the same care and professionalism regardless of the scope of the job.

Thank you to Kinkaid Construction for their work on our kitchen renovation - on schedule, amazing attention to detail/craftsmanship, and priced fairly. Definitely would recommend them (and plan to use them for our next couple of projects). Our renovation included: - New flooring in the kitchen - Pot lights installed / outlets moved - Plumbing for a pot filler

I used Kinkaid Construction to build my entire house from the ground up. They have delivered quality work exceeding my expectations and have been nothing but professional along the journey. The entire team at Kinkaid cares so much about my home and its quality. They communicate regularly with updates and have been very transparent through the progress of our construction. I would highly recommend them to any of my closest family or friends who are looking to do small home renovations to larger scale home projects. Tony, the owner is so hands on, so accessible and so responsive so is his entire team. He gets back to us right away which is exactly what you need when building a home. I feel so confident about choosing Kinkaid to build our home. Best choice I made for my home!

Using Kinkaid Construction to manage and complete our basement renovation was hands down, the best decision we ever made. Our basement is an extended living space of our home and matches (if not exceeds) the existing aesthetic and quality work of our home. Between all of the material and staffing shortages that the pandemic brought on, we NEVER once experienced any negative impacts or delays. They were professional, clean, respectful, responsible and attentive to detail. As we think of future updates to our home, we know who we will call again. Thank you Kinkaid for the best experience and for making our home even more beautiful!
