Steve and Andrew completed a large extension and renovation of our existing home. We are thrilled with the results. It’s a beautiful space and Steve and Andrew showed great care and attention to the details, particularly when trying to reconcile the old house with the new sections. We would gladly recommend them.

We chose Steve and his team to build and manage a significant custom extension to our home. Despite being in an unpredictability tricky season to build due to the pandemic, Steve was always professional, calm, honest and never cut corners. We are so pleased with the end result of our extension and highly recommend Steve's building expertise.

We engaged Steve to build a small extension to our family / dining room area and a timber deck. This all happened during COVID restrictions which caused delay outside of Steve's control. We are very happy with the completion of the work and would gladly recommend Steve with confidence as we found him to have an easy going manner and always open to discussion throughout the process.

Laggner Constructions replaced an existing pergola and old wooden deck with an under-roof Al Fresco area and new Trex deck. The finished product looks amazing and has been completed to a very high standard of construction and finish. I would highly recommend Laggner Constructions, who were helpful and easy to deal with through the process, from submission of plans for approval to completion.

Steve and his team at Laggner Constructions have just completed the construction of a self contained unit attached to our home in Murrumbateman. The end result is fantastic with the new dwelling characterised by high quality workmanship and a seamless connection to the existing residence. The project was completed on time (about 9 months) and on budget. Throughout the building process, we found Steve to be thoroughly professional and easy to work with when little problems arose along the way. In particular, we appreciated his helpful advice and willingness to accommodate minor changes and additions to the project as it progressed. We would highly recommend Laggner Constructions to anyone wanting to build or extend on a rural block.

We needed a relatively small job to repair some storm damage and swap in a new door. But it still involved plaster work painting and carpentry. So often it's hard to find trades for these snake jobs. Things progressed smoothly and to a good standard of work - eg painting full walls not patching them

Laggner Constructions were an outstanding partner and supplier and delivered a high quality renovation to our heritage listed home in Canberra. They were attentive to details, communicated frequently and clearly, and the craftsmanship of the Laggner team, and the sub-contractors that they involved in our work were second to none. We valued the frequent and clear communication, the focus on tidiness of the site, and advice and guidance provided throughout the build. We highly commend them for significant renovations or builds.

We engaged Laggner Constructions to do a complete renovation of our home. Going from a three bedrooms, one bathroom to four bedrooms, two bathrooms. Included was a large new kitchen, laundry, new flooring, double glazed windows and new roof overall improving the energy rating of our home. We found Steve to be a high quality trades person and a pleasure to deal with. He was organised with attention to detail. If you are looking for a quality builder then Laggner Constructions is for you. My family and I are extremely happy with the results.
