We left our Appartment in Mid Dec. and we’re given a 5 months demolition and completion time, that was only delayed by 1 week which was out of LBB control. We were kept informed at all times on any issues or potential changes leaving no surprises. We could not be happier with the choice in the tradesmen used by LBB, who were of the highest calibre and quality focused. Embarking on a complete renovation to a warehouse apartment in Richmond in 2020 was always going to be demanding but the swift return of Covid sent the project on to an even more challenging trajectory. How lucky was I to be working for the second time with LBB Projects. Luke and his team have created the most beautiful spaces for me and I love every element of my apartment. Every aspect of the build reflects the exceptional workmanship and attention to detail of each team member working on my project. The building is more than 100 years old so there were some unforeseen elements revealed during the build. Coupled with this, Covid then put further constraints on access and supply so the project was interrupted at various points. The utter professionalism of LBB Projects was always in evidence and as the owner I felt very supported by a team that prioritised consultation and problem solving with their client. LBB Projects were commissioned to do our major house renovation. The project took around 10 months and was seamless from start to finish. Luke and Neil kept us informed of all aspects of the build adding some great suggestions with well documented emails of every step. We couldn’t be happier with the quality and attention to details that LBB Projects have given us in building our beautiful renovation (almost new build) home. This is especially significant considering the client in this case is also a very experienced commercial project manager & builder. Their site managers & carpenter’s diligence, through a particularly turbulent and trying time managing our build during the many covid lockdowns, was second to none. There was no rule book to manage the ongoing government rule changes to total site shutdowns, trades numbers on site, isolation and exposure rules and regulations and yet they managed to keep powering ahead with the build. Luckily all items where specified upfront and ordered so as to minimize any addition supply problems during these unprecedented times. In addition, almost all their regular trade teams were of high quality and a delight to deal with, many whom I have recommended to other friends. All have been committed to attaining the highest quality vision provided by the Award winning architect MRTN Architects. As with all builds, there are always minor items overlooked or defects or problems that arise at a later. However, Luke hasn’t shied away from managing these and has been committed to rectifying and resolving any defects to the highest standard.
