This is the unwritten ‘Lindon Home’ motto I was fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to collaborate with Lindon homes on a couple of projects over the years and have always been impressed with their professionalism from the Office staff to the Tradies and to the Management. My wife and I always intended Lindon Homes to build our house but were skeptical that we may not be able to afford such a high-end builder, but to our surprise, we found that they were on the money with our estimate and budget. We had a design and a vision but were not certain how it would come to fruition, that’s when Ashley’s creativity on ‘good practice’ construction came in and resulted in an exceptional build that surpassed our expectations. They were humble, hardworking, consistent, and fun to work with. Lindon Homes's attention to detail, choice of materials, their finish, and good workmanship were outstanding with our foreman, Lachlan deeply knowledgeable and contactable after hours when required. Lindon Homes are one of the very few builders we have encountered who are genuinely interested in the best outcome for their clients. Great team of professionals and nothing was ever too much trouble. The entire team, particularly site supervisor Lachie and Fiach in the office, were fantastic to work with. The home they created for us is perfect. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Lindon Homes and Koda Design teams helped bring our vision into reality. They have been fabulous to work with and no task was too big or too difficult and heaps of good advice along the way as well. Whatever minor issues we did have were promptly resolved, post handover as well. It was also a pleasure dealing with all their trades who were very professional and helpful. Highly recommended!

We built with Lindon Homes a number of years ago now as we had an unusual block and required a custom build. Ashley, Trent and Sharyn were amazing and come with our highest recommendation. Nothing was too much trouble, build time and finishes were excellent, and after sales service has been both efficient and effective.

Quality and attention to detail are givens when dealing with Lindon Homes. However, the two things that impressed us most were: 1) Without exception the trades that we dealt with spoke highly of their relationship with Ashley and the quality of his work and were prepared to go the extra yard. 2) Planning was exceptional and communicated well and resulted in our new home being delivered ahead of schedule.

One of the reasons we chose Lindon Homes was that we were unable to find a poor review of them anywhere, and we're now happy to add to the many positive reviews we had found. From start to finish, the Lindon Homes team made the process so easy and everyone was very helpful. Communication was excellent and any issues (we had a couple) were resolved quickly and without fuss. The finished product is beautiful and exactly what we wanted. My wife, children and I were very fussy about building our dream home. We wanted something modern, spacious and different on a corner block capitalising on park views. We required a house great for entertaining inside and outside, yet private enough for parents/children to have a little seclusion. We didn't want a house that would require substantial maintenance in years to come either. The quality of some of the Lindon Homes we had been through and the exceptional feedback we had heard from their customers and tradies gave us confidence to approach Lindon Homes. We were blown away with their professionalism from Day 1 to completion. Our concept was listened too. What we asked for is what we got and more. Never in our wildest dreams did we expect our home to be built with such remarkable quality. Every tradie was courteous, punctual , never pushy and always had time to listen to us and offer advice and suggestions. The project was completed on time. The site was left in pristine condition. Even now having been in our home for almost 12 months, there are times where we call Lindon Homes for some advice......nothing is a problem....they listen to us and offer tremendous assistance. They DO what they SAY they will DO! I would like to thank Ashley, Lynn, Trent, Sharon and all their fantastic team for not just their professionalism, but also for their integrity and close friendship forged during the build. We are currently building with Lindon Homes and already can tell you how impressed we are with their service and quality of work. They have a qualified and established team who take you through every detail from drafting plans to the finshing touches of your home. We have been at times, indecisive, confused on choices and a little particular on a few things but Lindon Homes have been at our side at every step of the way. My husband & I were first time builders and from the very first meeting Lindon Homes made the experience very enjoyable. They answered all our (often silly) questions promptly, and offered practical advice during the consultation. Once construction of our home started Lindon Homes kept us informed of what was happening and regularly organised meetings with us on site. We requested several changes during the construction process which was never any problems for the team. The quality of the finishes have been excellent & our home was finishes without any delays.
