Lloyd of LM Projects is the epitome of professionalism! Initially asked to provide a quote on works to be completed on our residential home Lloyd could see that our planned budget was going to be blown-out quite significantly so rather than completing the quote he requested a sit-down with us to go through options for ways to get the best results whilst coming in as close as possible to the money we wanted to outlay. With amended plans completed within days, Lloyd got to work organising trades and booking our job in to commence within a matter of weeks. Cannot recommend LM Projects highly enough. They really are a cut above the rest and the work ethic and communication throughout the process has been beyond impressive.

Lloyd presents in a very professional manner both in consultation and client scenarios. His understanding and ability to comprehend complex solutions is evident in the outcome of built works. We would never hesitate in having LM Projects liaise with clients directly.

Lloyd and his team at LM Projects have helped us on a few projects now. One was a complete renovation on our investment property which was heavily run down. Lloyd suggested cost saving measures and helped us with selecting finishes as we didn’t have any in mind at the beginning. The job was perfect and we couldn’t of been happier. We had Lloyd revamp an outdoor Alfresco area which required a seamless roof, new flooring and removal of old structure. Both Lloyd and his assistant Adam, were throughly professional, timely and completed a magnificent area that is a joy use year round. The company has my highest recommendation.

LM Projects delivered our entire home (New kitchen, Bathrooms, decking, ceilings, flooring etc etc) in under 8 weeks, which was a miracle.
