“It is a pleasure to be able to recommend Greg Bond of Atelier Bond to provide architectural design services. We worked closely with Greg to design our family home and recently moved in! The brief was to design an upgrade and extension to an early 1900s villa preserving the character of the original home at the same time linking it to a modern open plan extension to meet the needs of a young family. Greg was thorough in his ground work to understand our needs and wants and provided innovative suggestions to maximise space and light and minimise cost. Greg provided advice regarding the Council approval process and when we faced difficulties with Council approval (due to poor handling of the application by Council) Greg provided fantastic support to get the approval for the design we wanted. Greg was flexible, patient and responsive and, importantly, upfront and transparent in relation to fees. Greg's attention to detail and commitment to ensuring we ended up with a high quality home that meets our needs was evident from day one and continued even beyond the scope of his formal engagement as he kept a close eye on our builder! We are absolutely loving our "new" home and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Atelier Bond.”

“We have worked with Graff design on 4 separate projects for our home and beach house over the last 8 years. The combination of design that encapsulates the latest trends and the practical application of the building process with an engineer who has an eye for detail is a formula that has worked well for us. As a result our home has been sympathetically brought up to date with the concepts that Graff have introduced. The projects have included design and construct of a new kitchen/ complete revamp of a large living space which included installation of gas heating/ TV space / purpose built walling with down lit recesses / new kitchen/ stone dividing walls and bespoke furniture at our beach house and more recently a major reconstruct of our outdoor living areas - new ceilings with 4 skylights / overhead heating/tiled floor areas/up lit timber decking/ gas plumbed BBQ area and new paved driveway . Trust and Integrity have been built as a result. Highly Recommended”

“We would like to thank Anatoly for sticking with us through our design process, and delivering us an outstanding home design. That has the wow factor we wanted with form and function to enable ever room to take advantage of ocean views + main living room 180 degree view of coast and golf course. He listen's to all your idea's and let you have input with great advice on detail. Anatoly has an understanding that the flow and feel of a building must have a bit of theatre with light and shade. I could not recommend him highly enough if you want something special.”
