We’ve all heard that renovations can be a nightmare, but our experience with Luna Constructions was the complete opposite – it was an absolute dream! John and Shaun, along with their amazing team, made the whole process so easy and stress-free. The quality of work is exceptional, and their attention to detail was second to none. One thing that really sets Luna apart is their communication. Let’s face it, tradies aren’t known for their great skills in this area, but with Luna, we always knew exactly what was happening. Phone calls and emails were returned promptly and their use of BuilderTrend software kept everything transparent – from invoices to schedules – so we were always up to date and knew where things were at. It made a huge difference. Their project management was another standout. Coordinating all the different trades on a major renovation can be a challenge but Luna handled it brilliantly. They’ve clearly put a lot of thought into selecting their subbies and it shows. Everyone who came on-site was professional, skilled, and took real pride in their work. We also made some changes along the way, and the team was incredibly thoughtful about them all, making great suggestions for improvements that we wouldn’t have thought of ourselves, making the final result even better. Even with the changes, the project was completed on time and on budget – critical for us since we’d moved into a rental for the 15 weeks of the project. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend Luna Constructions. If you want a professional, friendly team who really know their stuff and communicate brilliantly, Luna is the way to go. Luna were upfront about their costs from the beginning. When it became clear they were out of our budget they didn't apply any pressure, but instead gave us advice on how to achieve the project in a way we could afford. I would definitely use this company for high end projects in the future.

Over the moon with Luna! We recently (March – June 2019) completed a major renovation to our 1940’s timber cottage which included a large extension by Luna, and we couldn’t be happier. The job included building a substantial semi enclosed deck at the rear of the house which necessitated moving the back wall out and extending the gabled roof to cover the deck, plus the construction of a new laundry and outside bathroom off the deck. In addition they fitted substantial hanging beams in the roof cavity and moved/removed a number of walls, and much more including waterproofing, insulation and interior joinery etc. Despite inclement weather, modifications to the original plans and a couple of unexpected challenges along the way, John, Shaun and the team maintained a positive, cheerful can-do attitude all the way and stayed on the job until the finish. They also introduced us to a great network of suppliers and sub-contractors. All in all it was a very positive experience and we are thrilled with the outcome. Needless to say I have no hesitation recommending Luna Constructions as a great team to work with!

Had these guys do our 2 bathrooms and amazingly beautiful kitchen,,they were highly professional,,friendly ,,great ideas when we felt overwhelmed,nothing was a problem,

A great team of guys who are friendly, professional and delivered the project as per plan. As with most renovations, a few tricky issues arose but Luna always had a number of solutions to these and kept to the initial budget. I am an architect and would happily use Luna Constructions for all future work to my home and I highly recommend them to all of my clients.
