M-Con Kluwer Group Pty. Ltd. You are not honest because we paid the deposit according to the quotation and booked the time to start the job on this Wednesday. But Judy told me that you are not going to do the job at all and refund the deposit. Why? You quoted it wrong? Should I pay for the mistake because you quoted it wrong? I paid $154 for the quotation! We were very clear we need to replace that gas line and we got a quotation. When we said the one we got was cheaper then Judy decided not to send me the quotation until I REQUESTED! We chose your company to do it as the other plumber is not free in the next week therefore we paid the deposit and booked the start time. A few hours before the started time then Anthony said not coming and would provide another quotation but when I called Judy she told me I will not get the other quotation and you will not do the job at all! Why?I am telling the fact. We paid you to quoted it and we paid the deposit for what you quoted. At least you need to do what you quoted. Why you blame me? The owner Paul told me would call police because I am writing these reviews!! He is not trying to solve the issue! I WOULD like to share my bad experience. I am really not happy with Judy and Paul's customer service. I am telling the fact and I do not mind you call the police! Tell me which information is wrong!
