Please accept this gift as an appreciation of your incredible work that has transformed our "old" home into a new magnificent home.
Both Diane and I think that MGL have completed a huge task by virtually building a new house within the time frames suggested at the start. We appreciate Matt's assistance and sound advice and suggestions at the start and continuously during the project. The attention to detail has been a hallmark of MGL's work which has resulted in an amazing finish far exceeding what we had originally planned. Its a credit to all involved.
Matt's team including all the various tradesman have worked very professionally and again under Matt's guidance produced some great results. It was very obvious that the tradesmen were very coordinated and were a happy crew that in our view is always a good team environment.

Have used Matt for two jobs now; one landscaping & one building. Matt & his team were v.professional end to end on each occasion. Job came in as quoted and as scoped, timelines were met & interactions all positive. Building job had unforeseen complications however Matt worked with us constructively to find a reasonable solution.

The problem we had was to find a landscape builder/gardener who was willing to help us create something special. After much research we came across Matt Larder from MGL Building and Landscape. After discussing our ideas, Matt was able to enhance these concepts to fit not only the current architecture of our home but also to work within a budget.
After initial discussions, Matt came back to us with a computer drawing of the concept to which we made some minor alterations. Matt then quoted on the project and we accepted.
Matt gave us a start and finish date and the project was completed in full and on time. His staff were more than obliging to explain the technicalities of the project if he, personally, were not on site.
I think that what really swayed us to use Matt was not the financial side of things but the ability to enhance an idea and make it a reality. After all, good landscaping only enhances the property aesthetically but also financially when it comes to resale.
With this in mind I have no hesitation in recommending MGL Building and Landscaping to assist you with any landscaping requirements be it commercial or domestic.
