About Us

Milestone Homes & Construction is a family business. We are based in Halls Head, offering our building services to an area that ranges from Perth's suburbs, all the way south to the city of Bunbury in Western Australia. Mark Oliver, is the sole director of Milestone Homes, a registered builder and member of Master Builders WA, and a registered Building Practitioner (professional consultant) with the Building Commission of the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety WA. He has over 35 years hands-on experience in the building industry, as well as extensive project management experience in the construction industry in Australia, the UK & Spain. Mark is a preferred contractor for Colliers International as well as the regular contractor for Brightwater Care Group, City of Mandurah, Seashells Resort and many others. Bricklaying and stonemasonry skills go back through many generations in Mark’s family tree - building & construction is very much in his blood. Mark's sons, Max and Sonny, are also involved in the building and construction industry, so the lineage of building careers still continues in the family. We can also be reached on social networks.
