“After purchasing our land, we decided to design a house that was practical and to our liking. After the plans were drawn, we then ventured out for a builder, we found Genyou and from the beginning they were professional, easy going and helpful with anything we wanted to change, gave great suggestions and keeping all within our budget. Would recommend Dean, Anthony, Luke & team at Genyou without hesitation. It was a smooth, communicative, honest and fantastic experience through every step of the build. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail was seen all the way through to the end of build. We thank the guys so much for bringing from the plans into reality, our home which we love! Sue & Ken”

Blue Point Building Services Pty Ltd

“After 1.5 years of being stuck in the design phase and a lot of “will we/wont we”, we finally managed to start talking to builder’s about our home extension early 2025. We approached Bluepoint Building Services after seeing their signs in our area in Cheltenham. Guy turned up and spent time with us to go through design and gave us a quote and timeframe. He also showed us other floor plans of previous jobs and gave us an indicator of budget, this was really useful as it gave us a good idea of what we could achieve with the budget we had set. He guaranteed we would be finished by Christmas. Two other builders we spoke to said there was no chance we would be finished for Christmas! Fast forward 6 months later and we are done and dusted by mid October! Our extension was done in 6 months and we couldn’t be happier. All subcontractors used were excellent, Bluepoint kept us to schedule and on track throughout the project, there wasn’t a day that went by but there was work completed on the house. At no stage did we ever wonder is the builder turning up today, there wasn’t no down time, no delays. We would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about renovating or extending their home!!”

“We recently used First Avenue Homes to build our new home in Brighton East. We can't thank Anthony, Jessica, Luke and the rest of the First Avenue Home team enough for the outstanding job they did on our build. The quality of the work and craftsmanship is exceptional. Building a new home was a new experience for us, and the First Avenue Homes team did an amazing job guiding us along the way, helping us with all our queries professionally and in a timely manner. Staying on budget was extremely important to us. Anthony and Jessica shared their industry knowledge when we needed to make important decisions about selections and variations. There was full transparency during the entire process which we greatly appreciate. We highly recommend Anthony and First Avenue Homes and would not hesitate in using them again.”
