I have worked closely with Tim at New Spaces on a range of extension and renovation projects over the past 4 years. We engaged Tim from New Spaces to transform our pokey kitchen, living and dining rooms into one open-plan living space. We wanted to spend more quality time as a family in an open plan area, while increasing the value of our property. Our new space really is a dream come true for us, and without Tim it would not have been possible. Tim ensured we were involved and comfortable in every important decision. He organised and managed trades and completed all construction work, from the most basic timber detail to complex ceiling construction. His attention to detail, quality workmanship and ability to organise and get the best out of his trades was outstanding.
