Ben (New Wave Construction) did an outstanding job in extending our house with a two bedroom flat. The degree of work employed by him and his workers were of very high standard. The whole team including the sub-contractors are very professional. They are so easy to talk to and are always eager to explain the work in detail. The overwhelming experience I had with them cannot be described in short, but I must say Ben and his team has been the best building professionals I have ever had. The level of dedication and integrity they have shown in my project is incredible. I have been approached by several people who praised the quality of work done in my flat. Ben and his New Wave Construction team have recently built a large extension onto our home. Ben was recommended by friends who were happy with his work and from the beginning Ben has gone out of his way for us. He is organised and professional and has kept us well informed every step of the way. Ben and the New Wave team did an excellent job on our Northland renovation! The job New Wave tackled was supposed to be a straightforward internal renovation but turned out to be a full reclad due to water damage. We really appreciated Bens patience as the job wasn't easy! The attention to detail was faultless, you can really tell the team love their job and take pride in their work - it was a treat having them around! Ben has an obvious passion for architecture, he was very constructive with feedback and advise with what colours and materials to go with. We will have you back when we are ready to tackle our next reno.

New Wave Construction completed our renovation to an excellent standard. The project consisted of replacing all internal linings and replacing old ranch sliders and bay windows for new, New Waves subcontractors were outstanding. They delivered on time and to an excellent standard and were within budget. Overall we were extremely lucky to have had the experience of New Wave Construction as they pointed out a number of issues with the house whilst linings were removed and quickly and within budget rectified them. I would thoroughly recommend New Wave Construction to anyone undertaking a new build of any scale or renovation of any scale.

We were impressed with the quality of workmanship from the team from New Wave Construction. Ben has a friendly, professional approach and was flexible and helpful when we needed to change some features in our renovation. His estimates were realistic and proved to be reasonably accurate. Ben communicated well with us using text, email and phone as was appropriate. He and the team were here when they said they would be and helped us keep to the building deadline. The team were tidy with their work and a pleasure to have in our home.
