This year we contracted Chris Shepherd and his skilled team to complete a considerable internal renovation of our 1970s home. This involved removing supporting walls, the kitchen and old concrete flooring. They then reframed the ceiling, relined the walls, installed new windows and a beautiful fire place. Chris also negotiated with the companies providing flooring and the new kitchen. The NorthEast Building team also built a new double garage (in the style of the 1970s home) on our challenging site. Chris and his team were very professional, with a high degree of attention to both the engineering and design aspects of our build. Chris was generous with his time and expertise when we needed help with decision making and kept us well informed throughout the project. We highly recommend Chris Shepherd and NorthEast Building. We renovated our whole house through North East and couldn’t be happier with the result.
