At the outset, the design team listened carefully to our ideas and made some very helpful suggestions, before drafting a set of drawings that provided us with the confidence to proceed. The building team was flexible in accommodating changes to the scope of work as the project evolved, and we are very pleased with both the interior and exterior finish. The company was able to draw on its relationships with a variety of skilful tradespeople to help ensure this result. We felt comfortable in discussing progress with individual tradespeople, who were receptive to receiving feedback and making adjustments accordingly. The various tradespeople and other staff who visited our home were all friendly and polite, which was very important in our case, as we continued to live in the house as the renovation progressed. The project was delivered on time and on budget resulting in a seamlessly integrated first floor addition to our house.
