“We chose Genyou Builders for our custom build home, which we moved into early 2018. Our home is relatively small by today’s standards (14.24 sqs) Adjoining garage (11.33 sqs) Alfresco (2.38) Porch (0.37 sqs) Total area 28.33. But it packs a lot into a small space. The guys at Genyou, Anthony & Dean are very easy to deal with and are most accommodating. When we initially met with Anthony & Dean we got a very good feeling and knew instantly we were in good hands. We knew they fully understood our expectations for the project. Throughout the build there were some minor (and some a little more major), but nonetheless unavoidable hick-ups. These were always deals wth promptly and managed efficiently with the minimum disruption to the overall project. As clients, we had very definite ideas of what we did/did not want. Many, many hours of thought had gone into the design of our home and Genyou were well aware of our vision. They were able to successfully navigate us through the highs and lows of ‘the build’ with relative ease. Our home came in a little over budget - variations seem to be unavoidable. And was finished within the original timeframe we were given. We couldn’t have been happier when we moved into our home. It was everything we had hoped for. Building a home is stressful, there’s no denying that, but it certainly helps when you have a builder guiding you through the process ... and that Anthony & Dean did .... and did do well.”
