Hi I am Darren Pride and Passion is a close nit team full of energy, hungry for success and dedicated to the industry, as the director I lead by example promoting a positive environment and accepting only the highest quality of work every time. I believe communication is key in any project and my success so far has come down to this by been transparent and honest up front and always happy to have a chat to address any concerns or questions. I am a fun person who wants that type of energy transferred to my working life, after all, you need to love what you do and at Pride and Passion the proof is in our work and from our clients who we now call friends. Our aim is to make this process as stress free as possible for our clients but with any build comes hurdles to overcome and problems to solve, for anyone else these kinds of things can get ugly quickly but i pride myself on having the skills to solve any issue with ease and i enjoy the challenge. I became a builder because i am good at what i do and i love to see a project come to life and know that my team and i created it.
