“My daughter, Kim and myself, Kerry, hired Simon Dale from Greendale Construction, to renovate our home into a more open living plan. With what we wanted Simon went to work. He guttered almost the entire house, took out the kitchen wall and hallway, extended Kims bedroom, redid the kitchen with all new appliances, renovated both bathrooms, retiled the whole house including the painting of it, gave us a new laundry area and within about 3-4 months we had a beautifully renovated home. We are so pleased with the work that was done, so so professional and Simon was so easy to work with because we changed our minds so many times during the Reno, nothing was a problem.
