“I hired Neil Turrell and the fabulous Brad Trethowan for a significant personal renovation project that I needed done in an eye-wateringly tight timeframe. Not only did they do it on time, they were unfailingly professional and careful, and cheerful. We all know how important it is to be cheerful when the pressure's on during a reno! I have also worked with them on a professional basis on a number of occasions, and you couldn't find a better bunch of hard-working, big hearted people.”

“I recently engaged Amelia from Undercover Architect to assist in designing a renovation of our home in Sydney. I completed a questionnaire before our meeting, she spent two hours at our home doing a walk through and discussing our brief and then prepared a very detailed report and "Vimeo" presentation including two different sets of floor plan options, all drawn to scale, including lay overs so you could see how the proposed changes related to the existing floor plan and how the second story would relate to the ground floor. It was outstanding, so impressive and so useful! The Vimeo video entailed Amelia talking through the floor plans, explaining why she designs things in certain ways, options at different design junctions - it all made so much sense and helped me understand the design process. Amelia is very driven to help clients achieve a fantastic design, she can assist with a Reno Rescue report or continue you to guide you through the design process. She was also very helpful in wanting to assist me find the right designer to continue working with us (Amelia is based in Brisbane). I received much more from Amelia than I was expecting in terms of the detail in her report and ongoing email support. She was really prompt in responding to emails and so enthusiastic about design and achieving a great outcome for our renovation. The Reno Rescue proved to be excellent value and I would recommend Amelia and her Reno Rescue service unreservedly!”

“Ukalovic Design is an architectural drafting service and is owned and operated by Jay Ukalovic. We were referred to Jay by a prominent building company in Newcastle last year. Jay earned the right to do our design work after a basic tender process where we received proposals from 3 designers/draftsman. What struck us immediately was Jay's manner and disposition. He handled his first meeting with professionalism and care and demonstrated a keen willingness to listen carefully to what we wanted out of our design. The journey we have been on together is now at DA stage and we could not be happier. Jay has quickly worked through all variations and iterations of what we needed to see on paper so that we could consider all options.
