“We engaged iBuild to design and refurbish our 3 bathrooms and Laundry. Having worked through the options and designs we settled on a full refurbishment that extended into a Kitchen renovation and internal wall changes that enable more efficient use of our internal space and build us a dream kitchen, butlers pantry and extend the size of our Laundry. Throughout this process iBuild managed all trades man and every element of our project above and beyond our expectations. This project changed from a minor renovation to a complete house refurbishment that extended to all floors being replaced with either tiles or wooden floor boards and internal wall changes to maximise space and living efficiently. Items that we had not thought of Alan, Milad and their team came up with suggestions, designs and finishes that enhanced the over all look and delivered an even better outcome than we expected. They definitely promised the best and delivered over and above this in finish, workmanship and attention to detail and design. Lin and I can not more highly recommend them to any one who wants a superior job done that delivers with attention to detail and above exception workmanship, design and quality finishes. We will long enjoy the renovation that this team has deliver to us and made our house modern, current with exquisite finishes and even more enjoyable to live in.”

“We selected Blue Point Services in March-2020 for our major renovation in Hampton. Through the quote process Guy came with multiple options and ideas to bring the price to a point that it could fit our budget. He influenced our engineer and architect on some really good ideas achieving the similar result but far less expensive. This convinced us that Guy, and his company, was the right choice for us. From the very start Guy demonstrated his calm, organised and structured project management style. During the build, all his team has handled the process with care, speed (delivered 1 month ahead of his schedule) and of very high quality. Communication through the process was impeccable addressing each and every single issue in a timely matter. We encountered multiple unforeseen challenges during the project however Guy and his team have managed relationships and complaints to leave us with minimal disruptions and stress. The site and the house were left very clean (even the garden). We have achieved the dream of our lives thanks to Guy and friendly team. We are happy to showcase our place and talk about our experience. Very happy customers and highly recommend!!”

“We engaged Grace Lewin construction to undergo a renovation on our Victorian cottage in Prahran. I would firstly like to commend them on their communication, as this was through COVID, I can imagine how hard it was for them to organise trades and keep building within the govt regulations however they kept us informed through the entire process. We weren't able to visit the site regularly so had to trust that the job was running smoothly. We were so impressed with the end result, their level of detail and finish is outstanding. We will definitely build with them again!”
