“We hired Campbell Builders to build our deck. The first impression we had of Michael was very favourable as he arrived to give us a quote exactly when he said he would. He was very professional and apart from being very friendly he knew exactly what he was talking about. We had no hesitation in hiring him to do the job as his quote was based on exact costs of materials. The job took the time that he had quoted on and he finished on time. Michael's appearance was always neat and clean and he is a very tidy worker. The finished result was beautiful and we are still very happy with it over a year later. I would have no hesitation in recommending Campbell Builders.”

“James and his team carried out major renovations and construction works for our 1980 built lowset brick acreage home. James turned the house into the contemporary functional home that we were hoping for. Works included new insulated fly over patio, new porte-cochere, new underground stormwater system for the water tanks, new kitchen, new main bathroom, new en suite, new WIR, new foyer, 6 panel stacker sliding door to patio, new open plan kitchen, living and lounge room layout. New tiles (his tiler Chris is an absolute perfectionist) as are the gyprock/plasterers James employs. Upgrades to most of the electricals.was also carried out to ensure 100% safety and functionality. James ensured all works were carried out according to the engineering and architectural drawings provided. He also dealt with changes / upgrades we wanted to make along the way very well. In addition James came up with good suggestions/ideas which have further enhanced the overall project. James delivered the project as per the contract price. In terms of time frame James delivered a quality renovation / construction project for us ahead of schedule. We found James to be a very honest, reliable, polite, well organised, approachable and flexible person from our initial discussions during the quote phase and all the way through to completion. We would highly recommend JLG Projects.”

“It all started with meeting Jason Nicholls, the sales consultant of Ownit Homes, I walked into a display home in Upper Coomera and there I met Jason. What an asset to the company, he is kind and friendly, not pushy at all and so helpful. Nothing is ever too much for him. And he follows up with everything. Next is the back office team in particular Nikki Lennon and Angela Black. I have asked them both so many questions and they never got irritable with me and they explained everything to me in a language I could understand. And lastly, Mark, the site supervisor, he is as friendly as the rest and phones me every week to let me know how the construction is going. (A very nice touch) My new home is on time and on budget. I would really recommend Ownit Homes to anyone that is thinking of building a new home.”
