"Most builders wouldn’t be overly happy with customers wanting to amend plans, inclusions and the like but Josh and Carly were more than happy, assisting us all the way. We now live in a house that we love with all the inclusions that we had dreamt of. I was particularly happy with the level of access that was afforded us to the property during the build, Josh was always on hand to answer any questions, even the occasional weekend and public holiday. This was our first build so it was all new to us, thankfully Josh treated our build as though it was his own and made sure the quality finishes promised came to fruition. The build was really quick because Josh project manages like a machine. One trade walks out as the next one walks in which is great! Josh and the team did a fabulous job assisting me with my dual occupancy build. Being my first dual occ, I needed a lot of guidance and assistance with the planning and certifying, Reef View Homes made this process very easy assisting me the whole way.
