“I run a small printing business in Pymble and in September 2016 found I needed to vacate my existing premises and be completely moved by the end of October. As you could imagine, this was a very busy and stressful time with a huge amount to organise. The first and most important thing I needed to know was where am I going to move and is it going to be a suitable facility for my equipment. On very short notice, Jordan came to my proposed new site and was able to answer all my questions and solve the problems we had on our initial walk through. Within two days he had prepared a detailed and complete quote for the works needed to renovate the premises into the space I needed to operate my business. Being forced into a situation with very limited time, Jordan was amazingly accommodating to fit me into his schedule and completed all the works within the deadlines and budget he had quoted. To make this happen Jordan worked long hours and on weekends to get the job done. He had a fantastic team of trades that backed him up who were all a pleasure to deal with. In the end, the job was finished a few days ahead of time and the workmanship and finishes were all exceptional. Two years on, I still get customers coming through my door and commenting on how great the shop looks which is a ringing endorsement of the impressive work Jordan has done for me and my business. The site was transformed from a boxed in maze to an open and functional space to for us to work in. I would recommend Jordan as he is an exceptional builder and know who my first call will be to next time I need any building or carpentry done at my business or home. “My wife and I decided to split our major renovation project into two phases. Having learned of Turrell through local advertising after the 1st phase had been done, we included them in our short list for the 2nd phase (alongside the first phase builder and one other). The quality of the initial consultation and subsequent discussions leading to receipt of the quote were top notch and we were very surprised to find the detailed quote very competitive so we went with them. That set the scene for an exceptionally good experience with the team. Work was done quickly and to an excellent standard. We elected to stay in the house while the work was done and the team managed the logistics of that very well, maintaining a spotless site. We tend to regard cost overruns as a 'given' with building projects - which seemed to cause some amusement to Josh and the team who assured us that the detailed consultation is meant to minimise that risk. While we were initially dubious, the regular interim reports kept showing that we were +/- bang on price, including PCs and sure enough, when the final invoice arrived, the work had come in marginally under budget. We are delighted with the end product and had an excellent experience throughout our dealings with Neil and all of his team. Totally recommend them for renovation work.”
