“We truely got to know our new house when we moved in a few weeks ago. We had always thought it looked awesome and was very well built, but we didn’t really appreciate the detail, the very high level of finish inside. The carpentry, cabinetry, tiling, everything is so beautifully done. The raked ceilings and curved bulkheads at the highlight widows in the kitchen with shadow cornices are a work of art. It’s very evident the painters are master craftsmen. Outside, the curved wall on the verge boundary and the stacked stone faux chimney are very special features. Unsurprisingly, the design and quality of the house is evident to visitors and passers by, with many simply saying it’s “stunning”. We’re so very pleased we asked Mondo Exclusive to build our dream home. We can’t speak highly enough of Ray and his team. It helps a great deal that the man is a perfectionist. He’s also practical, tenacious, and a wonderful problem solver, as evidenced by his solution to the slats proposed for the top of our stairs. The eventual outcome is better than what was planned. Just as importantly, he’s a great communicator. When there were issues that were very stressful for us, Ray would respond to our text messages within a matter of minutes any time of the day. He would then keep us informed until a solution was found. We also very much enjoyed working with Natalie and Kim. Kim was always there in the background making sure the all important numbers added up, while Natalie gave advice and organised all of the fixtures and fittings, as well as keeping the trades turning up when they should. Our house is now a lovely home that we will enjoy for many years to come. We would unreservedly recommend Mondo Exclusive Homes to anyone who is considering building a new house in Perth, Western Australia.”

“Nulook built our single-level home to a Solar Dwellings design. They were chosen based on their ability to deliver quality projects -viewing their previous projects and positive feedbacks from the owners. The building was on the site of our former bungalow; demolition in February 2020, construction started in March and completed on schedule in November. No delays due to COVID. This was our first new build and intended to last us for the long term through retirement. The staff at Nulook looked after us really well, kept us informed and provided excellent advice. The project manager was exceptional in managing the trades and providing valuable feedback. They have a regular team of reliable tradesmen who delivered first class results. We are very pleased with our new home.”
