Dave and his team were asked to open up our family area door to our deck and also create a new French door opening from our dining room to the deck. In addition to this we needed new matching windows around the area. Dave helped plan and advise us on the best windows to use and even got the window company out to walk through the solution. The project started on time and everything was completed in the timeframe promised. There were a couple of issues caused by the window manufacturer (couple of incorrect windows) and Dave chased this through fastidiously to ensure things got rectified as quickly as possible. We all know things like this can happen, and the value in the tradesperson you get is not necessarily when everything goes right but it is how they deal with problems. At the same time Dave and his team were also replacing our boundary fence and they also advised on the best retaining wall to replace our old copper log wall that had pretty much collapsed. This project also ran extremely smoothly. Both projects went exactly to budget and every day they thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend Sea Breeze Projects. Even the music they played (though not loudly) whilst working was a decent mix!

David and the team from Sea Breeze Sydney completed some roof cladding and flashing work on our family home which turned out to be magnificent after Davids suggestions on materials and style. I have to say that David was the utmost professional in the way he guided us through the process and explained everything thoroughly. It was so easy to communicate with him on every level of the project and his boys were efficient, friendly and left the place spotless. Would recommend to anyone and looking forward to bringing him back for some building works.

We hired Dave and the team at Sea Breeze Projects for our recent bathroom reno, Dave worked around our budget to produce a quality bathroom with very little inconvenience to us. We had a very unique problem with the construction of our new free standing duplex in Caringbah South. From all outward appearances the building and finishing's looked great so we were prepared to pay over the market value for the property. We have now lived in this house for a little over 5 years and during that time we have experienced many construction faults which were not obvious at the time of purchase. A major fault was a decorative frame which formed part of a first floor window. The frame had rusted and as a consequent every time it rained our ensuite was flooded. We consulted a number of builders, roofing & window specialists however none of these were prepared to offer advice on how the problem could be rectified. We were very fortunate that a very good friend introduced us to Dave Wilson of SeaBreeze Projects. Not only did Dave understand the problem but knew exactly how to fix it. It took Dave just 2 days to cut out the rotting timbers and replace the frame which he has now sealed with the correct type sealant to ensure its now completely waterproof. Dave and his team did a magnificant job at our place. Unlike other builders we have used before, they were a breathe of fresh air, turning up when they said they would and completing jobs on time. The whole process was seemless from when Dave came to quote our job, to when they started and finished the job. The job turned out exactly how we imagined it and we are so happy. I can not recommend Dave and his team highly enough. He is very honest, reliable and takes great pride in his work which is of an outstanding quality. I would have no hesitation in using Sea Breeze Projects for my future building needs.

Great company to deal with. David Wilson ( Proprietor ) is easy going and nothing was too much trouble. They have now done two projects for me, the last one being an L shaped desk and roofing. Changes to the schedule, scope or final design were taken in Dave's stride as the job progressed, and believe me, I made a few. I negotiated with David to cut some costs by do some preliminary demolition of a concrete slab myself. Dave even lent me a demolition hammer for a few days to help out. It turns out I could not complete the job (due to injuring myself), so Dave's team finished it off at no charge!! Their attention to detail impressed me. For example, even the undersides of the merbau decking got oiled before being laid, plus any sawn ends treated before being screwed down too. I am sure this will extend the life of the decking for quite a few years. This is in contrast to a different company that did a deck on the front of my house a few years ago. They never bothered to do this. I would not hesitate to recommend Sea Breeze Projects to any one. If you want a quality job, talk to them

Seabreeze Projects exceeded every one of my expectations. I couldn't be happier with the kitchen, bathroom and custom European laundry Dave and Mike have created for me.
