Sherbrooke constructions are not that great as they claim to be. They do not work methodically and make too many mistakes. There finishes are okay. Although they have a descent maintainenance program they inconvenience you by handing over the house incomplete and costs you your time!!

We pride ourselves on the ability of our systems and processes to deliver a consistent level of quality to our customers. It is very important to us that all our clients expectations are met and we are disappointed that we have not met yours on this occasion.
Your project certainly had its challenges from the rock in the ground to the tight site and neighbouring conditions. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience that we may have caused you.
We have reviewed our hand over process and have made some subtle changes as a result. There are so many elements to the construction process and we are always looking to improve.

Sherbrooke have been extremely supportive during our recent renovations to our California bungalow. Being new to such a process we have found them to be patient and willing to assist in overcoming roadblocks along the way. Their expertise has shaped our house to be a high quality build that we are looking forward to enjoying for many years to come!

Commented: does anyone know what the TV built in unit is made from & colour nameHi there! The built in joinery was custom made for this living room. The colour is Black Wenge in Ravine by Polytec. https://www.polytec.com.au/colour/black-wenge/ravine/ Hope this helps!
