Streefland built my house at Perth. They are a fantastic firm to deal with from the very start of the build to the finish. I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking about building and wouldn’t look any further. They find the architect and work with you with the design right through to the end. It can be quite a stressful thing building but I just found them so helpful right through the build. They are highly professional and very kind.

My first contact with Tony was when they responded to my search for a builder on Oneflare.My project was too insignificant for others.I found all the people at Streelands to be co operative with a great knowledge of the process and council requirements.Luke had great suggestions along the way to upgrade the whole electrical system.And of course Tamara who looked after all the paperwork and saved me some money as well.

The Streefland Homes team helped us all the way from choosing a block that suited our ambitions, to designing and building a beautiful house. They had an honest approach from the word go and that was very refreshing and important to us. Having built before we wanted a builder we could trust and that would deliver on the promises. Tony and his team have just completed our beautiful new home in Evandale. Our brief to them was: elegant; energy efficient; age proofed; and in keeping with the overall attraction of this much loved Geogian village. The Streefland team, their suppliers and contractors exceeded all our expectations. They not only exceeded our expectations of our home but also in their support and process discipline. We had Streefland Homes and Development build our first new home. They where excellent and helped us with different design ideas, alternatives and suggestions to improve our plans. This was our first new build from scratch, and we found the process with Tony very easy and straightforward, and our relationship with his building team was excellent. They were able to accommodate the couple of changes my wife wanted as the build progressed. Overall very happy, and still are after nearly 6 years
