“I engaged Quantum Built to assist with the comprehensive renovation of my 3-bedroom apartment in Manly. The project involved a complete revamp of every room in the apartment, along with a change to an open floor kitchen/living area, the installation of new, large panoramic windows overlooking the ocean and new bathroom floorplan configurations. Right from the initial consultation with Jason, through the quotation process and the construction phase (managed on site brilliantly by Karam but also overseen by Jason), Quantum was absolutely professional in their approach, always very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Their work was of a very high standard, and the project was delivered on time and on budget, which was amazing for me. The administration side of things was also very easy and seamless, thanks to Kelly. Once the construction phase was underway, my primary point of contact was Karam, who was the site manager for the project. I can’t thank Karam enough for all his help, not only for the excellent construction work he did himself, but also for the way he coordinated and managed the trades, his constant communication with me, and his excellent, constructive interaction with my architect. Karam really went above and beyond in his efforts on this project, helping me out with any questions I had, making suggestions on different aspects of the work, and ultimately delivering the project on time and to a very high standard. Importantly, too, he did a fantastic job managing the building throughout the project (very important in a strata complex), arranging for the daily cleaning of the impacted common areas and responding to adhoc requests from other residents to minimize disruption to them, for which they were very appreciative. I absolutely recommend Quantum for any renovation/construction project.”
