From the start TCB were a class above the rest. At our initial meetings with Jad, he was honest upfront and very clear as to the process, expectations and delivery timelines. we loved his no bullshit approach. Going through TCB allowed us to put unique touch on our place. From the tiles we wanted to the colour of our handles and the design of our kitchen. We didn't feel that we had an off the shelf package but a package designed around us, our needs and what we wanted. All our enquiries were always answered but most importantly every time we called Jad answered or returned our call that day. As first time home builders our journey was amazing. It was exciting, emotional but very rewarding. From the level of service and care we received we would definitely build again and the only person we would trust and go through would be Jad and TCB.
