Once again you have demonstrated your vast range of skills in producing, with the support of your own team and other contractors, a first class building that have exceed out expectations. The quality and attention to detail has been excellent. Achieving the completion before the original expected completion date has been very helpful in assisting the College address a range of internal matters. To see the completed building achieved from very basic documentation within a budgeted amount has definitely been impressive. On a personal level in fulfilling my role I have had the repeated opportunity to experience the manner in which you operate. This has made the whole exercise a pleasure in working with you reach our respective goals. I cannot understate how your knowledge and negotiation qualities were of valuable assistance to me personally.
